Where can I find MFC feature pack samples?

People are having trouble finding feature pack samples installed in the samples directory. I too had a similar problem. So what you need to do is to uninstall the previous sample exe that you’ve installed. Then install the samples from here. Good thing about this is that you’ll have an updated samples package.

If you’re still having problems, I’ve uploaded them for you to my blog, please rename this file to zip after downloading or save as zip.

    Hello.
When it is going to be downloaded from MSDN site, it should be from Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Sample Library, not Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Sample Library page.

It mentions : Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Sample Library is not localized. In order to use localized samples, please download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Sample Library. Please note that the localized Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Sample Library doesn’t have Visual C++ 2008 Feature Pack samples.

Is there a way to get this new Black Office UI in a dialog based application? Also have dialog and control resizing improved in this MFC feature pack release?

      1. I’ve got to check these themes for dialog based application.
      2. Dialog and control resizing? You mean layout management?
